1. How could I get samples?
We can supply some free samples ( total value under 5 US dollars) if you have a FedEx or DHL account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.
If the total value of samples is more than 5 US dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
If you don't have an courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company. Or,send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.
2.Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
Yes.
Logo and or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 2000 units per logo. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format.
If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package of the products (custom design package), such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 3000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ).
3. How to place an order?
Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any( in China or Hong Kong )
4. Can you arrange the transportation for us?
Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.
5. How can the products be sent to us?
For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).
6. How can we become your sole distributor?
If you can sell our products USD100,000 to USD400,000 per month, you could be one of our distributor in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD500,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in your country.
7. How can we get your monthly new products announcement?
Please join our mailing list.
8. I just want to buy a few pieces of your products, what to do?
Sorry, we are manufacturer and exporter only, we don't accept retail order.
9. Do you offer Quantity Discounts?
Yes, we do offer discount on large orders, we work on cost + overhead expenses, if your company like to place large orders we will negotiate or recheck price for our raw materials and try to reduce our materials and production cost. We will pass that benefit to your company.
10.What's your OEM Procedure?
1)Technical drawing process: 3 - 5 days after order confirmed.
2)Molding process: 25 - 30 days after drawing approved.
3)Delivery time: 30 - 45 days depending on quantity.
11.What are your payment terms?
Payment will be required by L/C for amount over USD10,000.00. Or, 30% down payment in advance and balance 7days prior to shipment.
12.Is the documents of China Form A and Certificate of Origin available?
Yes,we can supply these documents upon your request.
