Danlong Management and Sales Teambuilding in Guilin
Last month, the senior management team and sales team of Danlong Industries gathered in Guilin for a teambuilding activity conducted by our consultant, Outward Development. The purpose of this teambuilding exercise is to review the current Danlong Industries Mission, Vision, Value and Core Culture. It was a very productive session.
Guilin is a petit serene city in southern China, attracting tourists worldwide. We, however, hardly had time to enjoy the pretty views as the two day meeting kept us busy.
It was the first time for the senior management and sales team get together outside, and a good opportunity for sales team to get to know the updated Vision and prepare to make Danlong Industries a GREAT place to work..
